In an effort to ensure accurate and unbiased communications on aging issues, the U.S.-based International Longevity Center-USA and Aging Services of California have partnered to publish a style guide for journalism, entertainment and advertising professionals.

Media Takes: On Aging is intended to help communications workers represent older adults and the aging process in a contemporary and unbiased manner, says the ILC-USA media release. The guide includes recommendations, a glossary of aging-related terms and a list of resources.
