Retired NFL greats Carl Eller, Lem Bailey, Deacon Jones and other NFL Hall of Famers announced the launch of the Retired Players Association (RPA) on Aug. 3.  The announcement took place at the NFL Enshrinement Festival at the NFL Hall of Fame Ceremony in Canton Ohio on Aug. 7.

Eller, who played defensive end mainly for the Minnesota Vikings during his 16-year NFL career, has been assisting players for years in many different capacities.
