This year's Toronto Star Golf and Travel Show, Feb. 29-March 2 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre has plenty to offer including information on golf destinations such as the Kildare Golf and Country Club in Straffan, County Kildare, Ireland, which hosted the 2006 Ryder Cup. The largest consumer golf show in North America, it features exhibitors from the golf and travel industries. Highlights include: 5,000 free rounds of golf given away by the National Golf Course Owners Association to those who book tee-off times at the show; savings on vacation packages from West Jet Vacations; and the opportunity to test the latest equipment at the Manufacturer's Showcase -- complete with a driving range.
